What is personal training?
Personal training is essentially having your own fitness professional by your side for an entire workout. Training sessions can be conducted either one-on-one or in groups and are tailored to help you achieve a specific goal or to just improve your overall health and fitness. A properly designed fitness program will open new roads to self confidence and inner peace, immeasurably improving your quality of life.
We come to you
With on track, you can exercise in the privacy of your own home, in our discreet studio or in the outdoors for much less than you think. Our personal trainers are available 7 days a week and meet nationally accredited standards of knowledge and professionalism. We can bring all of the equipment to you if preferred, so you don't have to waste your valuable time travelling to and from the gym.

On track personal fitness can offer all your personal training sessions in a completely private environment.
Program options include:
- Indoor or outdoor cardiovascular exercise sessions
- Swimming or stretching sessions
