'Experience the fat burning ride of your life' A 45minute indoor fitness program for developing cardiovascular capacity, lower body strength and endurance.
During the session your instructor will simulate a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class.
Burning up to 500 calories in just one class, Freestyle Cycle caters for everyone; from the first time off your training wheels, to Lance Armstrong and Cadel Evans.
Also available is our 30 minute Xpress cyce class that runs during Tuesday & Thursday lunchtimes from 12.15pm-12.45pm.
